UNLIMEAT Vún Chả Noodle Salad
How to Make:
- Soak vermicelli noodles in cold water for 30 minutes, blanch it in boiling water for 2-30 seconds, and rinse in cold water.
- Cut the thawed UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ into bite sized pieces. Tear the romaine lettuce into bite size pieces as well.
- Place the UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ on the heated pan and grill for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, then add sugar and minced garlic and cook until caramelized.
- Blanch mung bean sprouts in boiling water for 10 seconds.
- Place the Vun-cha Sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well.
- C Place the vermicelli noodles, grilled UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ, and mung bean sprouts. Sprinkle peanut and chopped cilantro on a serving plate. Set aside Vegetarian Bun-cha Sauce.
