Chipotle UNLIMEAT Wrap

What You'll Need

  • 0.5lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ 
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder  
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 tortilla 
  • 4 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 cup vegan cheese, shreded 
  • 1 cup lettcue, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced 
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Chipotle UNLIMEAT Wrap

How to Make:

  1. Season thawed UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ with chipotle chili pepper, oregano, cumin, garlic, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoons oil in a large skillet until it shimmers. Add UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ to the pan and cook about 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Place vegan mayonnaise, chili powder, smoked paprika, lime juice and salt in a small bowl. Be conservative with the chipotle, whisk until smooth.
  4. Lay tortillas on a board. Place about 1/2 cup lettuce, cooked UNLIMEAT, 1 tablespoon salsa, vegan cheese, and 1 tablespoon of chipotle mayo on each tortilla.
  5. Add sliced avocado and wrap of the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
