UNLIMEAT Bulgogi Steak Rolls

What You'll Need

  • 0.5lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ 
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce 
  • 1 bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 16 stalks asparagus, cut into bite size  
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

UNLIMEAT Bulgogi Steak Rolls

How to Make:

  1. Thaw UNLIMEAT plant-based Korean BBQ for 1 minute in the microwave or for 1 hour at room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, prepare bulgogi sauce by mixing soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, lime juice, and sriracha sauce.
  3. Cut Veggies into identical lengths.
  4. Place a few UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ slices on each of the vegetables, then wrap the Korean BBQ around the vegetables.
  5. Grill over medium high heat - cook your UNLIMEAT roll-ups for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour the bulgogi marinade into the pan and bring to a boil. Boil for about one minute.
  7. Flip the rolls over and cook for about one minute longer, then remove from heat.
  8. Place the Bulgogi rolls on a plate, and drizzle the leftover sauce.
