UNLIMEAT Bulgogi Steak Rolls
How to Make:
- Thaw UNLIMEAT plant-based Korean BBQ for 1 minute in the microwave or for 1 hour at room temperature.
- In a bowl, prepare bulgogi sauce by mixing soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, lime juice, and sriracha sauce.
- Cut Veggies into identical lengths.
- Place a few UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ slices on each of the vegetables, then wrap the Korean BBQ around the vegetables.
- Grill over medium high heat - cook your UNLIMEAT roll-ups for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the bulgogi marinade into the pan and bring to a boil. Boil for about one minute.
- Flip the rolls over and cook for about one minute longer, then remove from heat.
- Place the Bulgogi rolls on a plate, and drizzle the leftover sauce.
