UNLIMEAT Spring Rolls

What You'll Need

  • 0.5lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi 
  • 8 rice paper 
  • 2 cups vermiceli noodle 
  • 1 cup cucumber, julienned 
  • 1 cup carrot, julienned 
  • 1/4 bunch mint
  • 1/4 bunch basil
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste

Peanut Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1/4 teaspoon hoisin sauce

UNLIMEAT Spring Rolls 

How to Make:

  1. Grill the thawed UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Cook vermicelli noodles in boiling water, for just a few minutes, according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Add warm water to a large bowl. Place one rice wrapper into the water and let soak for about 10-15 seconds. It should still feel pretty firm as you remove it and lay it on a board.
  4. Layer 1-2 slices of UNLIMEAT, vegetables, a few leaves of each herb and a pinch of noodles on the ⅓ of the spring roll.
  5. Fold the sides of the spring roll in over the ingredients. Then pull the side closest to you up and over the ingredients, sealing tightly, and rolling it up like a burrito.
  6. Add all Peanut sauce ingredients to a bowl and stir them well.
