UNLIMEAT Sausage Rigatoni

What You'll Need

  • 2 UNLIMEAT Sausage
  • 8 oz rigatoni, cooked 
  • 1/2 onion, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons oilve oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can(14 fluid ounce) diced tomatoes 
  • 1 can(14 fluid ounce) crushed tomatoes 
  • 1/4 cup basil, chopped    
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese

UNLIMEAT Sausage Rigatoni

How to Make:

  1. Sauté onion and the thawed UNLIMEAT sausage over medium-high heat about 8-10 minutes until browned.
  2. Add garlic and tomatoes to the pan and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of parmesan cheese and reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and toss the sauce.
  5. Serve with remaining of parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
