UNLIMEAT Mandu Soup

What You'll Need

  • 400g UNLIMEAT Beef Mandu
  • 6 cups vegetable broth 
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4  teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 bok choy, halved lengthwise
  •  1 spring onion, sliced 

UNLIMEAT Mandu Soup

How to Make:

  1. Bring the vegetable broth to boil in a pot.
  2. Gently drop in Mandu and bok choy. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Divide soup into bowls with green onions.
