Plant-based Bulgogi over Rice

What You'll Need

  • 0.5lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi  
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 
  • 2 shiitake mushroom, sliced 
  • 2 green onion, ,sliced 
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 bowls cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

UNLIMEAT Bulgogi Over Rice

How to Make:

  1. Thaw the UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi.
  2. Cut the onion and shiitake mushroom into thick slices, cut green onion into diagonal slices.
  3. Drizzle some oil in a pan, add vegetables and stir-fry them for a few minutes.
  4. Add the thawed UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi.
  5. Put plant-based bulgogi over a bowl of rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped chives, or sliced red pepper.
