UNLIMEAT Bulgogi Poke Bowl

What You'll Need

  • 0.5lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ 
  • 1/4 cup baby vegetables 
  • 2 raddishes, sliced 
  • 1 avocado, sliced  
  • 4 bowls brown rice, cooked 

Bulgogi Sauce 

  • 1/2 cups soy sauce 
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil 
  • 1/4 cup brown rice vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced 
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced 
  • 1/4 onion, sliced 

UNLIMEAT Bulgogi Poke Bowl

How to Make:

  1. In a large bowl, put all Bulgogi sauce ingredients and whisk well.
  2. Add the thawed UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ in the marinade for 20 minutes.
  3. Stir-fry the plant-based Bulgogi over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, put the brown rice and drizzle some Bulgogi sauce.
  5. Top each bowl with some plant-based Bulgogi, baby vegetables, raddish, and avocado.
