Plant-Based Frank Sausage

Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking for best results.

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium to medium-high heat. If using a regular pan, add a light coating of oil. Place the thawed sausage links in the pan and cook for 9–10 minutes, turning every 1–2 minutes, until evenly browned and heated through to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Preheat a covered grill to 500°F. Lightly brush the sausages with oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning once halfway through, until evenly browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Do not overcook. Cooking time may vary depending on your grill and conditions.
