UNLIMEAT Savory Crêpes
How to Make:
- Add flour, eggs, milk, butter, spinach, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a small nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat and brush the pan with butter.
- Pour 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet and immediately rotate the skillet to spread batter out in a thin layer. Cook crepe on medium heat for 2 minutes, flip over and cook on low heat for 1 minute.
- Cook thawed UNLIMEAT pulled pork for 1 minute over medium heat, then stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
- Fill each crepe with some of the veggie, cooked UNLIMEAT pulled pork and cheese, then fold it.
