How to Make:
- Thaw the UNLIMEAT pulled pork - 1 min in microwave or thaw 1 hour at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven 390°F (180°C)
- Saute sliced onion over medium heat until golden brown. Add celery, carrot and mushrooms.
- Add vegetable stock, wine, and thyme. Bring to boil.
- Simmer for 1 hour until the sauce is thicken. Add UNLIMEAT pulled pork and cook for 1 more minute.
- Cool down the pie filling.
- Put the pie crust into a pie pan, and fill in with the mixture.
- Cover the top with pie crust and bake 45-50 minutes until top is super golden.
- Bake 45 – 50 minutes until top is super golden. Rest 5 minutes.
