UNLIMEAT Pulled Pork Pie

What You'll Need

  • 2 packs UNLIMEAT Pulled Pork Original 
  • 1 carrot, diced  
  • 1 onion, diced 
  • 4 mushrooms, diced 
  • 1/2 stalk celery, sliced 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups vegetable stock or water 
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2-3 sprigs thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 16 inch pie crust
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

UNLI-MEAT Pie

How to Make:

  1. Thaw the UNLIMEAT pulled pork - 1 min in microwave or thaw 1 hour at room temperature.
  2. Preheat the oven 390°F (180°C)
  3. Saute sliced onion over medium heat until golden brown. Add celery, carrot and mushrooms.
  4. Add vegetable stock, wine, and thyme. Bring to boil.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour until the sauce is thicken. Add UNLIMEAT pulled pork and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Cool down the pie filling.
  7. Put the pie crust into a pie pan, and fill in with the mixture.
  8. Cover the top with pie crust and bake 45-50 minutes until top is super golden.
  9. Bake 45 – 50 minutes until top is super golden. Rest 5 minutes.
