How to Make:
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm soy milk, and stir them to make a batter. Cover and sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil to 375°F . Skewer one piece of sausage on each skewer.
- Place one skewer in the batter and roll to cover all sides. Roll battered skewer into the panko.
- Submerge the skewers and turn occasionally until all sides are golden brown.
- Place on a paper towel-lined cooling rack to remove excess oil. Sprinkle it with additional sugar.
- Serve with ketchup or mustard.
