UNLIMEAT Korean Corn Dog

What You'll Need

  • 4 UNLIMEAT Sausage
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour  
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast 
  • 1/2 cup soy milk, warmed
  • 1 cup panko bread crumb

UNLIMEAT Korean Corn Dog

How to Make:

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm soy milk, and stir them to make a batter. Cover and sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil to 375°F . Skewer one piece of sausage on each skewer.
  4. Place one skewer in the batter and roll to cover all sides. Roll battered skewer into the panko.
  5. Submerge the skewers and turn occasionally until all sides are golden brown.
  6. Place on a paper towel-lined cooling rack to remove excess oil. Sprinkle it with additional sugar.
  7. Serve with ketchup or mustard.
