How to Make:
- Thaw the UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi.
- Slice the onion thinly and cut the green onion diagonally.
- Add the dashi, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar in a large frying pan, and mix to combine.
- Add the onion slices and spread them throughout the pan.
- Bring to boil over medium high heat until the onion is cooked.
- Add UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle the green onion on the top of plant-based meat. If you can eat eggs, add beaten 2 eggs.
- In a large bowl, put the rice and drizzle some sauce.
- Put the plant-based meat and onion mixture on top. Drizzle the remaining sauce on top one more time. Top with the pickled ginger.
