What You'll Need

0.5lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ 

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon garlic, minced   

3.5 oz vermicelli noodles 

3 oz egetables (romaine lettuce, mungbean sprouts and so on) 

1/4 jalapeno, sliced 

2 pieces lime. sliced 

Vun Cha Sauce

1/2 cup water 

1 tablespoon lime juice 

1 tablespoon fish sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 vietnamese chili, chopped 

How to Make

1. Soak vermicelli noodles in cold water for 30 minutes, blanch it in boiling water for 2-30 seconds, and rinse in cold water. 

2. Cut the thawed UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ into bite sized pieces. Tear the romaine lettuce into bite size pieces as well. 

3.  Place the UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ on the heated pan and grill for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, then add sugar and minced garlic and cook until caramelized.

4. Blanch mung bean sprouts in boiling water for 10 seconds.

5. Place the Vun-cha Sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well.

6. C Place the vermicelli noodles, grilled UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ, and mung bean sprouts. Sprinkle peanut and chopped cilantro on a serving plate. Set aside Vegetarian Bun-cha Sauce.
