What You'll Need

10 oz UNLIMEAT Tuna

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 carrot, julienned

1/2 cucumber, sliced

2 cups rice, cooked 

1 tablespoon rice vinegar 

1 teapoon salt 

Vegan Mayo Sauce 

1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise 

2 teapoons sriracha 

black sesame seeds as garnish 

How to Make

1. Blend the vegan mayo and sriracha and set aside. 

2. Combine the thawed UNLIMEAT tuna with half of the sriracha mayo. 

3. Mix well rice with salt and vinegar. 

4. Take a 1 cup measuring cup and begin to layer the sushi stack starting with rice. 

5. Add cucumber, carrot, and avocado layer. 

6. Scoop spicy tuna into the cup and put it on the top. 

7. Drizzle the remaining spicy mayo over the top and sprinkle a few more sesame seeds.
