Tuna Salad Sandwich

What You'll Need

5 oz UNLIMEAT Tuna


1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise


1/4 red onion, chopped


1 stalk celery, chopped


1 tablespoon capers


1 ctablespoons lemon juice


2 sprigs dill, chopped


1 teaspoon dijon mustard


2 slices bread, toasted 


salt to taste



How to Make

1. In a mixing bowl, toss the thawed UNLIMEAT tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, capers, lemon juice, dill, and Dijon mustard until combined. 

2. Season  to taste with salt and pepper. 

3. Serve the tuna salad on the bread.
