1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cut each pastry sheet into 10 equal lengths.
3. Place a UNLIMEAT sausage and fold one edge of the pastry over the sausage, and roll to encase. Use a fork to press the pastry edges together.
4. Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the pastry is deep golden brown.
5. Transfer the sausage rolls to a wire rack and leave to cool for 10 mins.
