Mandu is a general term for dumplings in Korea. They consist of a savory filling stuffed into thin wrappers, and you’re going to love our delicious take on these tasty Korean treats. We filled our vegan version with our flavorful plant-based beef and a variety of veggies. Dumplings are a global comfort food and our beef mandu provides the satisfaction of great taste while being 100% plant-based. Steamer

Pour water into a pot, add the steamer, and bring the water to a boil. When the water starts to boil, put the frozen dumplings onto the steamer. Close the lid and steam for 7 minutes.




Pan

Put some oil in a pan and heat it over medium heat. Place frozen dumplings into the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown. 




Oven

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Drizzle vegetable oil evenly over the frozen dumpling. Place the dumplings onto a sheet pan and cook for 12-15 minutes. Turn over once at the halfway mark to ensure dumplings cook evenly.
