Mandu is a general term for dumplings in Korea. They consist of a savory filling stuffed into thin wrappers, and you’re going to love our delicious take on these tasty Korean treats. We filled our vegan version with our flavorful plant-based beef and a variety of veggies. Dumplings are a global comfort food and our beef mandu provides the satisfaction of great taste while being 100% plant-based. Traditional

Lightly grease skillet. Place frozen Mandu and sauté over medium-high heat for 4 minutes until lightly golden brown. Reduce heat, add 4 tablespoons of water, cover, and steam 5 minutes until water evaporates and bottoms are golden. 




Easy Pan Fry

Sauté frozen Mandu in 2 tablespoons oil on medium heat for 8 minutes. Flip occasionally until golden brown.




Steaming

Place frozen Mandu flat in a steamer. Cover and steam for 7-10 minutes. 




Air Fryer

Coat frozen Mandu with oil and air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes. Stir well and cook an additional 5 minutes. 




Deep Fry

Preheat a deep fryer to 340°F. Place frozen Mandu in the deep fryer for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
