What You'll Need

30 UNLIMEAT Pepperoni

1 lb pasta

1 tablespoon oilve oil

1/2 onion, diced 

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups marinara sauce 

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cottage cheese 

chopped parsley for garnish 

How to Make

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 

2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, and drain. 

3. Heat cooking oil in a pot, then saute the onion with a pinch of salt over medium heat for over 5 minutes.

4. Saute onion with oil over medium high heat until it is translucent. Add the garlic and oregano and cook for 1 minute more. Remove from heat. 

5. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, olives, and mozzarella cheese. 

6. In a casserole dish, mix the cooked pasta, and pasta sauce. Spoon the cheese mixture over the pasta. 

7. Top with UNLIMEAT pepperoni slices, and bake about 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned. 

8. Sprinkle chopped parsley.
