What You'll Need

0.5lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi

1/2 onion, sliced 

1/2 cup vegan dashi(Japanese soup stock) or water 

1 tablespoon sugar 

2 tablespoons sake 

2 tablespoons mirin

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 green onion, cut diagonally 

2 bowls rice, cooked

picked red ginger (optional)

How to Make

1. Thaw the UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi. 

2. Slice the onion thinly and cut the green onion diagonally.  

3. Add the dashi, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar in a large frying pan, and mix to combine. 

4. Add the onion slices and spread them throughout the pan. 

5. Bring to boil over medium high heat until the onion is cooked. 

6. Add UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes. 

7. Sprinkle the green onion on the top of plant-based meat. If you can eat eggs, add beaten 2 eggs.  

8. In a large bowl, put the rice and drizzle some sauce. 

9. Put the plant-based meat and onion mixture on top. Drizzle the remaining sauce on top one more time. Top with the pickled ginger.
