What You'll Need

0.5lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi 

1 nori sheets, roasted 

1 cup sushi rice 

1 3/4 cup water 

1/4 cup rice vinegar 

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon salt

1 cup carrot, julienned 

1 cup cucumber, julienned 

1 avocado, sliced 

Leafy vegetables (optional)

How to Make

1. Saute the thawed UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi over medium heat.

2. Combine sushi rice and water in a rice cooker and cook until done. 

3. Once cooked fold in vinegar, sugar and salt. 

4. Top nori sheet with sushi rice. 

5. Place cooked UNLIMEAT BBQ on bottom third and top with veggies.

6. Roll tightly using a sushi mat. 

7. Cut into 8 pieces.
