What You'll Need

0.25lb UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi  

0.25lb UNLIMEAT Tuna 

1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise

2 carrots, julienned  

2 pickled daikon precut 

2 sheets nori

2 bowls cooked rice

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

1. Thaw the UNLIMEAT Korean BBQ Bulgogi and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. 

2. Mix the thawed UNLIMEAT tuna and vegan mayonnaise. 

3. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and drizzle with oil. Lightly sauté the carrots until just softened. 

4. Season rice with salt and 1 tablespoon sesame oil and set aside.  

5. Place a sheet of nori(seaweed) on the bamboo mat and wet your fingertips in the water. Scoop about 3/4 cup of rice onto the nori and use your fingers to spread it out in an even layer, all the way to the edges of the nori. 

6. Put UNLIMEAT Bulgogi or Tuna, carrot, pickled daikon, across the rice layer, starting at about an inch from the bottom, in long horizontal stripes. 

7. Grab the bottom of the bamboo mat and use it to lift the bottom edge of the roll. Roll it up, then gently squeeze the roll so it holds its shape. 

8. When you finish assembling the rolls, brush them with toasted sesame oil on top and cut the rolls into 1/2-inch pieces.
