What You'll Need

0.5lb UNLIMEAT Pulled Pork 

1/2 cup all-purpose flour 

1/2 cup whole wheat flour 

1/8 teaspoon salt  

1 cup spinach 

1 1/4 cups milk 

2 large eggs 

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 

1 cup ricotta cheese 

1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded  

1 cup spring veggie mix 

How to Make

1. Add flour, eggs, milk, butter, spinach, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth. 

2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes.

3. Heat a small nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat and brush the pan with butter. 

4. Pour 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet and immediately rotate the skillet to spread batter out in a thin layer. Cook crepe on medium heat for 2 minutes, flip over and cook on low heat for 1 minute. 

5. Cook thawed UNLIMEAT pulled pork for 1 minute over medium heat, then stir in cheese until melted and smooth. 

6. Fill each crepe with some of the veggie, cooked UNLIMEAT pulled pork and cheese, then fold it.
